I just know I'm going to pass out on the toilet..... Nervous. Talked to the GI doc today, the plan is LOTS of Gatorade instead of water, salt tablets, and midodrine. to keep my blood pressure up.

I thought the same would happen because it did when I took a laxative once. I put it off for years. Eventually, I told my doctor why I feared the colonoscopy , it was the prep that I feared, that I may faint. Well, that gross stuff I had tondronk kept me plenty hydrated. It tasted like salty Gatorade. I was allowed to drink water. Anyway I was fine. But I don't want to do it again! I understand your fear and it is very real. Talk to your doctor.
