Now there's a mish n a half....find more me time hmmm....I am a very busy person with 5 adult children n 3 grand children, I'm raising my 5yr old grand daughter and have a 3yr old foster son who is severly brain damaged. On the weekends the kids often come home so I'm regularly cooking and cleaning up. Life is just crazy around here. I am sleep deprived because my foster son needs 24/7 care to literally keep him alive so during the night I have to jump out of bed to suction his airway keeping it clear so he doesn't choke or aspirate (inhale mucus into his lungs). I get a respite day once a week which means I can have a full nights sleep providing my grand daughter doesn't have a nightmare. On my respite day I still have to care for my grand daughter. Its rather busy and where am I in all this um.....good question!

So my resolution is to try and organise some me time on my one day. Source some care for my grand daughter and have that one day to myself to do whatever, even if it means me not doing anything, just laxing at home, catching up on sleep or having a bath without interuption ahhhh that sounds nice. I have a huge spa bath which I rarely use because I'm constantly interupted so its easier and less stressful to flag the idea. Do you know how frustrating that is to have a beautiful bath, scented candles and the works and can't use it! Don't get me wrong I love my family and I love my lil dependents but hey.....
