BIL is in surgery as I write this for his knee. This will put him out of commission for a bit. The other problem is that he has had to go off his thyroid medication (since he has no thyroid this med is where he gets his energy from) for 3 weeks leading up to a radioactive iodine scan with Gama globulin injection to look for more cancer. At that point, anything that is found will be treated with chemotherapy.

I truely hope and pray that your brother in law does well in surgery.I pray total healing for him through christ jesus.Nothing is impossiable for god.

They let us know the surgery went OK. They won't be coming to Christmas.

Iam glad that the surgery went okay.Its been a rough year for many of us.Oh how I pray that we all have a better year to come.
