I made my children yell at bad dreams to go away and never come back, and it worked like a charm. Until some weeks later my love and I woke up several times at night because one of our kids was yelling: "Go away, rotten dreams! Go away and don't come to me!" And we asked how come he had so many bad dreams, and he said: "I don't. I yell at them when I wake up and so they never come to me."
