Hi everyone, I am a member of this group but never really come here, not for any real reason---just have a lot of groups I belong to and don't always get to visit all of them like I would like to. Tonight I am having a hard time because of the holiday next week. Holidays are always really hard for me and most of the time I just have to stay home and go back to bed, I am so overwhelmed by family and all my trauma issues that plague me constantly.

Holidays are really tough for many people, myself included. I'm sorry you are going through such a difficult time. I have found myself not interested in doing anything at times, but must force myself to keep busy and involved. It is easy to become overwhelmed by some people but I have finally learned you must go on your own power---not someone else telling you what you need to do. I'm here for you.
