OK, folks, NORMALLY, anger is not a problem, per se, for me, however, as of late, I am feeling angry and bitter and resentful. The reasons I know why but it is as always, a useless emotion as one cannot change the health condition but deal with it as it rolls.
So, how do you diffuse your anger/bitterness/resentment? The perpetual "why? this isn't fair!" is totally useless if you haven't figured that out by now. I know that. But I still am fighting mad and just fed up. It could be possibly that I have had to fight 3 wks just to get someone in this hick town to give me a Pred shot and Pred Pak for CFS. You'd have thought I was stupid, uninformed and asking for OXYCOTIN!
I've since located a friend who has some extra Prednisone as my CFS is being continually aggravated and I can't wait another 3 wks as I could end up in the hospital. Dear Lord, help me. PREDNISONE PEOPLE! Not narcs, not habit forming, lousy simple PREDNISONE which is standard protocol for CFS flares!

Re-reading the book of Job from an ARCHEOLOGICAL BIBLE, it's the same as others but has notations of archeology in it which does add dimension. I know the answer is there or proper attitude is there, I will just need to apply and work at it.
