and at first I rushed to doctor after doctor and they weren't much help at all, most of them actually thought it was stress of course and then I have the reason for it because I had taken Leviquin for a UTI, because it did happen following two pills, and almost instantly my life changed forever and I am still trying to get some answers.. It is sad and depressing to say the least, it is dibilitating and no one unless they go through it can understand. Everytime in the past I was sent to have the ENG, we lost our health insurance so when I am able to have that done I guess I'll know more about why and what to do about it. I hope you can get
some answers to what is causing yours soon. It has caused me severe panic attacks and agoraphobia. I hardly go anywhere because it is so bad and I hate that, some days I can't drive because the dizziness and balance problems are so severe. Sometimes I can adjust pretty well, but I never know from one day to the next how bad it will be.

The treatment is vestibular therapy, and sometimes certain medications can help with the symptoms. The medications that are useful for dizziness are also good for the panic, so if you can scrape up some money, you might want to consider a trial of klonopin or a low dose of an SSRI to see if it can help you function.
