Dizziness is the sensation of instability. Vertigo refers to dizziness with a sensation of motion. I'm having a horrible week. Glad I finished college last week, yay! So dizzy & confused, and eyes all crossed. Don't know what's real and what ain't. Everything is an obstacle course. Just wanna cry half the time....
re: ALLERGIES?
It is time for ragweed to start knocking me out for the next 3 months. I know others have said that allergies seem to make vertigo worse in some way.
If that's true, does anyone know how this works?
Ear, nose, throat, sinuses = vertigo? I can't figure it out.
re: NASAL RINSE?
I just tried a nasal rinse (gross). Not my first time, but I don't do them often because I don't like the after feeling.
I do feel better -- instantly. Vertigo is almost completely vanished. But then, just a few minutes later, I sometimes feel way worse.
When I blow my nose right after to get the water out, my ears crackle a lot. I have no idea what is going on there. Does this happen to y'all, too? Is this normal?
Maybe I'm not doing it right. I think I squuoze too fast and hard just now because my other ear hurts in a weird way, from the inside.
Gawdalmighty! Can I catch a break, please? Can I not make it worse and worse?
I don't know whether to do this water up the nose thing or not.

I suffer badly during the fall. A automatic sinus infection if i dont take action ahead of time like...NOW. What works for me in clartin 24hr. I have begun taking it befor symptoms. Last year it was a God send. Hopefull this year will be the same.
I will get crakle sounds in my ear somtimes, not enough for it to be a problem though.
i find with those sinus rinses, do a treatment befor the conjestion. Not while conjested-stuffy. i start off with a half of saline pack and room tempature water. and afterwards put some vaseline in your nostrils. (use q-tip to swirl around the vaseline in your nostrils. That help keep the moister
