hi all. i've never been dizzy before in my life for this long. it's been about 3 months now. started very subtly... i would get dizzy while walking downtown and then would get anxious, afraid i was going to pass out. i have a history of anxiety so ultimately this triggered that and i ended up back on anxiety medication. now that i have that under control, i was hoping the dizziness would go away. well, it hasn't and now i'm left with so many questions. seeing my doctor on thursday and i'm almost certain she'll want me to go to a specialist...ENT or neurologist. saw her a couple weeks ago for my annual physical and she said there was fluid in both ears so i've been taking a claritin 1x a day to clear that up in hopes that might be causing the dizziness. it's not helping. it hasn't gotten any worse though. i'm out of work and anxious for answers. no idea what this could be. also, should mention that i don't get dizzy when sitting or laying down... it's not vertigo. i get dizzy when walking or standing. my legs feel wobbly, the ground sometimes feels like it's moving and i just feel very unsteady. doc gave me an RX for meclizine but that made me super drowsy so i only took it twice. should i give that another try?

any suggestions would be much appreciated as i'm completely clueless to all of this! thanks everyone... :)
