I was doing some errands came home and cleaned up my place a little but decided to take a hot shower and shave. I was showering and was in for about 6 minutes when i felt a little dizzy lightheaded however didn't pass out i toweled off and shaved but felt shaky took my blood pressure it was 130 over 80 and heart rate was 66 at that time i am not diabetic but took my sugar anyway and it was 91 Any one want to comment on this happening.
I think some of it is not getting enough oxygen in the enclosed space of the bathroom and/or shower stall.
The other thing is the blood pressure is dropping low due to the heat.
And the fourth thing, is the humidity is so high it makes it difficult to breath. With all those happening, it's really hard to not feel faint, especially if you like the water really hot.
Keep a window open or a door cracked open for your safety. Peace
