I have severe dizziness and a massive feeling of being off balance...Today is especially bad....what is causing this????

Have you seen a doctor? If so, what did he/she say?
When did it start?
Is it constant or does it come and go?
Sounds like some form of vertigo.
There are some common causes and many more causes that are not common. I don't think anyone here will be able to tell you what the cause is, but may be able to help you figure it out, or at least listen to your problem with a sympathy and understanding.
