All of us have gone through, or are still going through some really really CRAPPY STUFF!!!! I mean all the stuff to deal with, The Ex's, The Kids, The Bills, Friends, Family, Work, Everyone's opinion of what we " Should be Doing",The Responsibilities, The Stress, The Pressure........ Gosh it's a wonder we all just don't SELF IMPLODE!!!! RIGHT. But even in a time of Great Distress all of us have JOY ALSO. It doesn't have to be a great big thing it can be so simple and small. If it brings a smile to your face, a giggle in your voice, a tear of joy, then it is a little MIRACLE. I LOVE Disneyland we all know that but I can't go everyday so I have been looking for simple joy's around me in my everyday life. I would love it if some of my DS friends tried for just one day to put aside your Fears, Stress and Tears for a little while and find your JOY.

Remember it doesn't have to be a grand big thing something so small can make a differeance and turn your day around. The look on my kids faces whenI pull out a batch of freshly baked Chocolate Chip Cookies, the smell, the smile on their faces and one of them always says " I'll get the milk, the other I'll get the plates". Just Awesome!!! Staying up late with my daughter with a bag of Nacho Cheese Doritos and Ice Tea playing Gin Rummy. I always win... Hitting golf balls with my little boy I always lose..... Brushing my Sofia she is my black and white Cocker Spaniel she loves her hair brushed. The smell of a fresh pot of coffee, Hawiian Mist candle Scent reminds of the Beach and suntan lotion. I know all of you have your favorite little moments too so if WE look for them in OUR LIFE everyday maybe some of the focus will shift from all the sad, stressfull, painful stuff all the time. Then if we can actually see all the Miracles in our lives everyday it will make LIFE SO MUCH EASIER TO LIVE during a time when it would be so easy to GIVE UP...................
