So, I'm in my late 50s. I do have some trust issues that I need to resolve before I get into another relationship. But, Im wondering how likely it is at my age that I will even find someone I would like to date. How many of you who are my age or older have are now in another serious relationship with someone. How did you meet? I feel so old fashioned! Last time I dated, I was in my 20s. Things are very different now. I cannot imagine myself on OurTime or any other online dating site.

I need to make an appointment with my psychologist, who I've seen a few times, mostly for anxiety. Never felt THIS kind of anxiety before. Anyway, this time I want to talk about our marriage, my role in the breakup, why I was attracted to him in the first place, his past, my past, etc. I don't want to make the same mistake twice. It's important for me to resolve this. I see it as a critical step in moving forward in a healthy way.

I'll schedule an appt. too to talk about my relationship with money. I know that sounds weird but after my H's financial abuse, that is something else I want to resolve. I see my H's unhealthy ways with money and the emotional abuse associated with that in my daughter now and that cycle MUST STOP.

I have heard it's better the second time around. There are plenty of men available to you ladies you just have to put yourself out there.
