After infection is gone and antibiotic regimine is completed, DO NOT STOP taking these products. They keep PH levels in colon where they need to be, they fight off bad bacteria and strengthen the immune system, and help to heal the damage done by inflamation.
Also, Avocados will make your colon happy, Aloe juice is a waste of your money, Red Clover tea will reduce inflamation, and Bananas will stop diarrhea.

Then the pain came back. I am on round 2 of antibiotics and am following this pain free foods diet . Taking supplements and drinking tea. I feel better. I am determined to be 100% healthy and free from this.
