I eat fruit and a high fiber cereal for breakfast, plus juice with added fiber. So I get about 15 grams in the morning. Then I get some fiber at lunch and some in the evening. All that to reach my goal of 25 grams of fiber. Around 2 in the afternoon everyday the breakfast hits me. That's when the bloating and discomfort get to me. There has to be another way to eat fiber and be more comfortable. I would love to feel normal, but I guess that's not going to happen anytime soon. I was wondering how everyone else spreads out the eating of fiber filled foods.
