Just wondering if anyone has been out on this? I went to a new gastre (rather than whoever is on that day at public hospital). Anyway new gastro told me to go on slippery elm & another on norv?? (cant remember) so got the slippery elm today & will leave the other till elm works or not
I have been having actilax, movicol 2 SACHETS a day. Still constipated.

I have actually taken this for a long time lately and only just stopped because it was making me go too much.For how constipated you have been though I think it will work great for you.It doesn't work if you only take it for a day or too though.Get through an entire bottle before you make up your mind.

Another thing that will help you go and that made me go to much and too frequently is aloe vera juice or gel that you get from the health food store.

I had good results with slippery elm. Also, Turmeric is a good anti-inflamitory and Red Clover tea is as well.
