Hello I have diverticulitois. I have had two flare ups 6 years apart. I was told I have many pockets.. my last flare up was 3 weeks ago. My ct scan showed everything else fine in my stomach.. except I am dealing with mild fatty liver.. I was wondering if any one experances a burning sensation in their lower abdomen when you sit.? This has been going on for about a week now after my healed flare up.. ty
So I have had two different flare ups in two different places and it was slightly different in each of those areas.
But I will admit I have all sorts of weird sensations after I have a diverticulitis flare up.
I can quite literally feel the food as it journeys through my intestine.
So there can be pressure, twinges not sure if I would say burning and all of it is mostly in the area where the pocket had the flare up. But the sensations are much different than before.
