I have dirviticilitis, and last night whilst driving home, I had the worst spasms ever! I had fever, chills and then just about made it home to go to the toilet.

I take Audomonal 60mg x 2 capsules, and this helps with the spasms. You can't buy over the counter, however, my GP prescribed them for me.
I hope this is helpful?
