Pale Stool

I am freaking out right now.I just went to the bathroom and my stool was very pale.A sort of yellowish pale but pretty pale.I googled it and some very bad things came up.Just yesterday I went to the bathroom and it was brown but today pale.

I don't know if this could have anything to do with it but yesterday I had a jar of fluff some white chocolates a banana and crackers.Could food that is pale cause pale stool?I also started taking metamucil a couple of days ago.I am so freaked out and scared right now.

Aside from the color, do you have any other symptoms as well? Sometimes it can be pale just from what you had and what you had the day before could definitely attribute to that. I'd be more worried if it is the color of tar which usually means blood in the colon. Keep an eye on it for a few days.

Other symptoms? No I don't think I feel any differently then from what I usually do.I don't have dark urine like what I read about online that goes along with pale stools.

Not to get too graphic lol, but I've had stool that color after eating blah colored food.

Simply go to your Dr. have them take a Stool sample, and Labs to rule out whatever.

According to the Mayo site Diet Influences color a great Deal, and ANY Shade of Brown is Normal..but it Can go to Other colors because of dietary Influences..

One Time I Peed RED...LORD I about had a Heart Attack it Scared me so bad...the Day before I had eaten Alot of Beats (I Can my own, Love them).

I would be More Concerned with Black Stools, even Tho That as well does Not necessarily Mean anything Too Serious...Could be Dietary ..
