I eat everything,although the last couple of years, I need to be careful of Broccoli, lettuce and the insoluble fibers. I eat some, but way less than I used to.
Believe it or not, I firmly believe my worst enemy is in regards to triggering an attack is stress. It has happened so many times, I am convinced.
