Everybody is different in how this disease works. The only thing that is the same is, when we are having an attack go on a clear liquid diet for a few days, then low fiber for up to a month, then slowly start back with the fiber I would start with oatmeal rather than raw veggies such as broccoli and kale. If I feel the least bit of a twinge, I jump back to a liquid diet. Also, stress has an effect on a lot of people and seems to be able to bring on an attack, as I said everyone is different. Good luck
