The antibiotics might be working fine, but it still takes a while for the inflammation to go away even though the infection might be cleared. I jumped back on fiber a little too soon and my colon gave me a subtle reminder to go light a little while longer.
I pray you will resolve some of this so you can get off some of these medications. You are in the circle of "drugs to fix the result of drugs" which can be never ending. I take them when I really feel I need to, but will do anything to avoid them. My theory is that your body inherently does not want anything you put into it that is not natural. Drugs are chemicals and anything but natural. The fewer you have to be on the better. God gave our bodies everything we need to heal, we just have to feed it right. As a member of the medical field I know that is probably very contradictory to what you see and hear everyday.
FYI, I eat a banana everyday even when on low fiber diet.
