First congrads, on your weight loss. You have done fantastic and seem to be in control.
As for your husband, only he can change. You can encourage, and if you are the cook in the family, have good lean protein, and lots of veg.
That is good that he is taking a class.
We are all individuals and each one of us has our own idea of loosing and maintaining wt.
Other than being a good support system, we cannot change someone else.

I don't mean to be sexist, just trying to give you a man's viewpoint here.
I think the best thing is to go with it and not call him on it. If you can afford the martial arts thing, then encourage him, and don't compare the costs to herbalife until after some time passes.
I hope that he gets results. I am about 6' 2"; my doctor thinks that 200 pounds is good for me.
