I had aprox $35. in each fruit cake I made. I use 1/2 sweet n low & 1/2 reg sugar. I use 1/2 the amount of sugar that recipe suppose to have.
Thank God, TransFat is being stop in all food products. There are other fatting things that serve no purpose to us. Trans fat is a preservative. it add no taste/flavor.
Granted the cost of food may incress but what is it worth to cut down risk of heart attacxk. look at bag of pop corn, look at yourself, do you want to risk even the slights possibility of heart attack.

I like for ea & everybody to drop off at least 1 can/box of food to local food pantrys.

On reg tv is a show " Nancy Grace show " it's a 1 person only talk show. she does police storys.

People if you do not have cash do not tempt yourself into whipping out credit cards. we can rake up more than we realize on card. we will not spend above our christmas saveing funds ya it hard to let go of cash in your hands than w credit card.
Now if you plan on file ling some form of bankruptcy go for it spend spend spend but leave the oh I want store items on shelf. go for new car, wall tv boat motor small boat...
ya in some cases a person will half to pay back cost of new item, it beats paying full price. Bank ruptcy is ruff but if your a developer you depend on it to get a lower loan intress rate n lower payments...
For others who are just right down stupit and just don't want to admit it. there is always a credit offc that will work w your creditors, n lower ibtress, pymt's...
Now if you wiggal out of part of your holiday debt. take a look at elderly who half to choose what to buy. lrg jar of peanutbutter n bread r have 1/2 of prescription filled because of cost. yes such effects the whole community n amount of state grants.

the black card is Papa. I'm on a set amount. I always half to check w him if I want to spend more than $1.000

Did u know that new zero cal sugars are toxic to dogs. vets say since certain bags of zero cal sugars hit the market and during holidays there is increase in dogs dealths.
did you know that turkey also make dogs sick. it is also toxic but noting like sub sugar.
so if u use bag of zero cal sugar to bake with don't feed dogs treats r anything with it in r on it. also keep single serveing pouchs of the sugar away from pooch being able to get in your pocket book... to get sugar r treats

I didn't reach an pre agreed weight, so I didn't get car. He had it taken removed from my driveway. That was sad day. I have slid. I have been out of control. I can not stop myself from eating, n dreaming of foods.
I never use salt. I will only use 1/2 milk in recipe. I use just a dap of olive oil within batters/foods. If recipe requires eggs, will if 3 r more eggs are needed.< I use 2 r 3 never 4. now keep in mind eggs are pritein, n aprox 100 cal.'s. I use no cal. sub sugar. do not give dogs lao cal n/r not cal sugar in anything . it is very toxtic. N more than like will kill dogs.
I fry/scrabble eggs in little bit of water.

due to weather I stayed inside. I have broke foot bone n little tooe, so I can't even use the stationary bike.
I so dislike winter. Liken to a bear I stay inside n hibernate. with exect winter comes winter foods. Aw so good n fatting foods. that causes most people to want to nap after a heavey winter food/meal/bowl of beans...
I have 4 turkeys 2 hams n fish. I won't half to battle the thanks given food battle at stores. R u ready fore holidays.
I never use grease sugar salt but I will use olive oil to grease pans.
I even fry potaties/eggs in water.
There is peanutbutter that comes in package in powxder form. I misplaced the card that I wrote the name of 2 of powder proucts. I would use it in peanut butter cookies/ candy-fudge...
Remembers the zero cal n new sugars are very toxic to dogs. According to my vet. most dogs that ate the sugar even in cookie form die. So keep sugar n sweets up n out of reach. I suggest to not even keep sugar pks in pocket book/pants pockets.
Will it's a nasty day so I'm going to curl up w my 4 small doggies n watch some reg tv.
oh 1 more thing. I noted that cheap cloths sizes run larger.
I also noted that a size 23 is a size 5. I'm aiming for size 5 by March. no later than 1st of May.
