I am a firm believer in everything in moderation so you can have lean meats and complex carbs like wholebran, rice and pasta. I am prejudice when it comes to my food and wont eat anything that is white, no white sugars no white breads or pastas not even rice. Brown has usually been bleached and has next to no nutritional value.
I suggest cooking your food, eating plenty of it but good stuff like lean meats and eggs, fruits, veges keep processed foods and sugary snacks to a minimum. Have a hunt around online and find something you think you can live with and increase your exercise.
Good luck mate.
I don't think any meat actually burns body fat in and of itself. Lean meat will not add as much fat to your diet as fatty meat will. It is up to you to burn calories through exercise. If you burn enough of them and take in fewer calories than you are expending, you will eventually burn fat. Exercise can also increase lean muscle mass, which also helps reduce body fat.
Eat lean meat like turkey, chicken, etc.
Fruits of any kind
Vegetables of any kind
Whole grain products
Low sodium soups
Learn to cook if you don't know how to already. Make more fresh food and stay AWAY from fast food.
Hope that helps as a start
