Hello all
Quick checking in...Am doing great now with calories and high fiber plan..scale is moving .. low carb diet I gave up..
My medical doctor was not happy ..and I might loose her.and find a better one.
Also i will be missing in action here, only lurk..till things at home duties calm down. Am caring for my mom,and now she gets knee pain when she walks..Am watching her extremely ..
I might check in while she is sleeping. But I miss my pals here...and thought I check in.
Till later..keep up all..Am thinking of you all. Oh. No more sweets, in this household, just Graham crackers for my mom..
Gotta go..love u all

Sorry for what your Mom is going through. Keep us posted on how you're doing.
