How many of you actually plan ahead for your meals? That is one thing that I feel holds me back. I don't plan ahead and then when I am at work and I get hungry, I eat whatever is available, even if it is not on my plan. Then it is so hard to keep food good. Lettuce is the worst. I would love some suggestions and ideas that would help with planning ahead. What works for you guys?
