Hello, new to this support group. I try to exercise daily, mostly going for walks, which at one point has helped me lose 60 lbs. Weather is horrible though since it's winter. Only thing is I sometimes will be gaining weight when I dont eat much. Lately haven't been eating a lot and haven't had a desire to do so; only getting a coffee and maybe having dinner, but no real breakfast or lunch. I sleep through lunch as well. I am just confused as to how I can be losing weight and then its the opposite where I am not eating like I used to and now I can be gaining weight even if I move around. My body can never stay put on the scale and it makes me depressed. I know I have major work to do for myself then.
For a long time now I have been trying to shift my last few pounds and I'm finding it truly difficult. I would love a weight loss buddy for advice, tips and encouragement.Anything would be truly appreciated
