I am Laurie. I am 55 and I live in Falmouth, ME. I just discovered this site. I am vegan. I went through LPN nursing school last year. I gained 10 lbs. Trying to find the motivation to get outside and walk and to get myself on a food plan.

I just do not feel well and I really think that it's because I cried yesterday on my way to work about my Aunt who is in the hospital. I don't think that we will have her much longer. I'm with FlRetired and the 3 meals, and the snacks. I exercise indoors as have the opposite weather here. Too hot for me outside. I stick to gluten free, whole/fresh foods. I was doing quite well until my spine surgery and a month in the hospital landed me in a recovery situation this past year and a half. It's been challenging getting back on track. Health is very important to me and it's my motivation to be able to get back to at least where I was mobility-wise.
