I don't trust that group for that reason. Under 1200 is considered starvation by the National Health Association.
Eat what you can- change around what you are doing- try cutting meat for a couple days, then change to low-carb. Change around your exercises too- try to get your body out of the routine? I hope this all helps!
oh, one other thing, when you eat, try to eat foods you know will fill you up and keep you feeling full. like apples and grapes. it sounds like you may benifit from the weight watchers core plan.
alright, well have a wonderful day! =D
If you add more protein and fiber to your diet, you'll feel full longer and hence, won't "need" the junk food.
And as far as the 800 calorie diets...hell, I have 800 calories at some meals!! I'm so over the calorie counting thing. Here's the deal, if you're eating good, whole food, and paying attention to what an actualy serving is and not what you're "hungry" for, you'll be fine. If you need to do it for developing a habit...so be it, but I try to give folks credit for having a little common sense. Clearly we all know that eating a whole chocolate mousse cake...(don...???) isn't how to go about it...LMAO!! But, you could sit down and eat your weight in celery and lettuce and fresh veg and get the same "fullness" that a bag of chips would give you...with NONE of the guilt! I would add some peanut butter...2 tbs...for protein or a few slices of low fat cheddar...but that's me!
I really hope this helps:)
Thanks for the comments
