hi everyone. I have been trying for weeks to lose weight and I haven't lost a pound. I workout at least seven times a week, but the more I workout the more hunger I get. I eat about six small meal a day. I went to a medical weight loss meeting and they want you to consume about 500-800 calories a day and I can't do that. I'm going to try 1200 calories a day but I don't know if I can do that not because I eat junk food but beacuse i'm hungry. what should I do.
