I wanted to share with you all that if you are going to start a diet plan the best day to start is a Wednesday. There have been studies that show if you start on a Monday, you usually go off it by Wednesday, but if you start on a Wednesday, you make it to the weekend, then it is easier to stay on your diet through the weekend. Then by the time Monday comes around, you have been on the diet 5 days now and it is easier to stick to it. Just wanted to let you all know if you planning on starting.
