So i lost 13 pounds so far, i want to lose about 37 more. Since I put on all this weight, i have a great rack. I've never been this big and dont want to lose them. I was told by my DR who use to do heavy lifting and training they will stay with essential fats in my diet. I told her i get the most fat from olive oil and flax seed oil. Ohter than that i eat lots of veggies, chicken, fish, oatmeal, eggs, greak yogurt, to name a few. Is this true, any women been able to keep theirs?
remember muscel weigh more than fat.
yes u can replace fat w muscel n keep same shape but more than likely you will have a better looking fram/rack.

Fat fat related illness's n symtoms verse healthy appearance n great physical n mental health.
A rack in fashion/modle world means coat rack, as cloths hung on hanger ( fram) looks nice. Rack of cloths on fram looks nice.
a pile of cloths look like a mess. Racks of cloths hung( cloths hangers) look far better n inviteing. Which would you want to shop from: rack of cloths or from pile of cloths why would you do so!
after you reach your final weight goal, go shopping, buy a set :)
