i did something saturday i thought i couldn't do - i actually walked 2 miles and i'm planning on walking 4 next weekend- been making healthy choices as far as food- and eating lots of veggies and fruits and i feel like i have so much more energy- i would like to say- if i can do this- so can u - and we can all lose this weight together ! go us ! so stay positive and u can do this ! keep ur head held high and if u need to talk- i'm here!
