Water is good for us, and I believe as long as we spread it out.....just my opinion....
It says between 1/2 and 1 ounce of water for each pound you weigh.

It depends on your size and weight, and also on your activity level and where you live, Nessler says. In general, you should try to drink between half an ounce and an ounce of water for each pound you weigh, every day. For example, if you weigh 150 pounds, that would be 75 to 150 ounces of water a day. If youre living in a hot climate and exercising a lot, youd be on the higher end of that range; if youre in a cooler climate and mostly sedentary, youd need less.
Guidelines for individual water intake are important. As Beesley shared too much water affects sodium levels in the body reduces / dilutes it -- hyponatremia - which can cause muscle weakness & confusion - results.
