Have you thought maybe you are overtraining? If you work too hard, your body panics and puts everything you eat into reserves and you won't loose anything. Try to keep everything moderate - eating and exercise. I don't know you're entire eating plan, but it might help if you tracked calories? Most of all, keep trying, Girl! I got your back! It's the hardest thing to do in the world is to loose weight, and it helps to lean on each other!

You say you are eating lots of fruit, but fruit has alot of sugar and carbs in it. Try eating higher protein foods and less sugar/carb foods. Dont totally cut out carbs, but eating alot of protein (fish and shrimp is a great choice) will keep you not as hungry. I have been doing this since March (so 5 months) and i have lost a total of 48lbs. ALSO, make sure you drink alot of water. I drink 100 oz per day and only one diet drink per day. I have lost 5 pounds in about 3 days... All I eat is plain baked fish and 2 vegetables at dinner and veggies and small amounts of fruit during the day. I only drink water. No mayonnaise, bread, butter, pasta rice, corn, potates, milk... just fish and veggies... but you can eat plain chicken too for variety! It works great! I've been doing a physician assisted weight loss program for four weeks now. In a nutshell, it consists of eating 5-6 mini meals daily. A mini meals contains at least 10 grams of low fat protein. The trick is to match the carb grams with the protein. Most of us eat way too many "bad" carbs (cereal, crackers, ice cream, cookies, bread) and not enough "good" carbs (brocholi, salad, blueberries, squash, etc). Each mini meal is about 150 calories.
