I am going to start making healthier choices when I eat, i don't like "going on diets" so I don't. I just make better choices. I plan on going to the gym tomorrow, if not I've got a 4 mile walking tape, I'll just do that. It's just so hard to get started sometimes, once I get in the right frame of mind It'll be a piece of cake. I just need the right motivation. Anyone ever feel the same way?
