I have discovered a DELICIOUS, rather low cal dessert that you can have more than a 1 inch cube of :) No sugar added angel food cake, with the fruits of your choice (I used fresh strawberries, with frozen pineapples and mangos, cuz when the frozen two defrosted, the natural juice of the fruit sweetened it and without the typical sugar!), and fat free whipped cream... TO DIE FOR! I especially LOVE the angel food cake because this cake seriously is HUGE... about 10 inches or so in diameter. A serving size is 15 of the cake (HUUUUUUUUUGE) and only have 130 cal. Makes me so happy :-D

Scales moved a pound this morning which is good as I am back down below 200 pounds now.Found it too hard to do the plank this morning and gave up after 20 seconds.Did over 16,000 steps yesterday as I was running around a lot in the store.Today is my last day before a weeks break from work.I wish it were 70 degrees here FlRetired and once I have lost some wight I think I will get a bike.
