if I eat something carby or with real sugar in it since starting my weight loss, I get hazy and tired.
fish though because of the natural oils, it's lightness, and digestive properties and stuff I don't think really is one of those things... I mean obviously it can be but less likely? unless there is an allergy? I can't really say for certain... but that white bread is more believable.
actually since losing weight and changing my diet is when the issues with sugar/carbs started for me... before it was my biggest addiction I seriously was probably consuming 2 full cups of sugar a day and that was most of my calorie intake. straight up in coffee, and I really didn't eat anything else. awful awful habit, but I had no noticeable bad reactions to it till I cut it out of my diet.
now though, I no longer live in that haze of yucky depression which feels so much better then that momentary good tasting sugary or carby food. I can totally tell a real overall difference in how I feel now compared to how I felt before. although, I do have a long ways to go and I know I do like the tastes I can never fully 100% cut it out and might occasionally have something on a birthday or holiday event type even in a normal to half size portion. however, as long as I stay true with my path of choices though I don't see myself falling back into the dependancy.
