so i finally after 2 months have found another job. i start on thursday. and then maybe i can get back on track.i have found being at home has not helped my diet in any way shape or form.8 lbs gained just in month of feb is a sure sign of that. and it is march and weather is finally strting to warm out so should be able to go outside more too.winters are so long and sol cold.cant wait to start back to work
i have a question. it has nothing to do with weight loss but i am just curious if any one else has this issue and if so has anything helped. when i get up in the morning for the first half hour to an hour my eyes water. i mean its like a faucet has been turned on. they dont stop pouring out water and then they sting and it hurts bad.but then after that i am good for rest of day. any suggestions?

I surmised that it might be what is called " dry eye " that's what Dr told and treated a neighbor for.
Now in recent years it seem that there is new thing where eyes don't make moisture/water. I would think that should have been called dry eyes.
In morning my eyes are super dry. I half to use drops to get lids unstuck off the eye itself. late even my eyes do the same. I sleep w fan on so I assume that fan drys my eyes. as day moves along I assume that heat within homes .building also cause my eyes to dry.
There are charity's that may be able to assistr with cost of medical cost. I personal would call hospital to see if they have r know of said service that maybe in your area.
Cong. on new job. In this market it is a true blessing to get a job.
those with 2 yr degree are flipping burgers.
