My long distance boyfriend is a big fan of this diet and I am having a tough time trying to find easy to understand information like recipe's and other helpful information. I am about 40lbs overweight, been doing 25-40 min of cardio 3 times a week up until recently trying to get over a cold. I hate cooking, lol. Would love to find some really quick and easy recipe's. If anyone has some really good recommendations it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps.
