I'm doing a thing from the book "Prevent and Reverse Heart Disease" by Dr. Caldwell Esselstyn. It is basically a Vegan diet with no added fats or oils. I did this because there is a good bit of heart disease in my family and I have been lucky so far.
I like this change. I feel dramatically better, weight is pouring off me, and my head is clearer than it has been in years. I've even found that I drink about 1/4 the coffee I used to because I'm not as tired.
Now, I want to get going on the exercise!
