In the mean time, I remember when my eldest got his braces and needed soft foods for a couple of weeks his favourite was a meatless curry. I almost minced the fruit and veg I added but it was still the closest to a "whole" meal that I was able to come up with.
Hope your feeling better soon and able to get back to your "clean" diet. : )
I hope you feel better soon.
Hope you are feeling better.
I'm sorry you got sick, but it proves a point. Our bodies get used to junk and after we eat clean for a while, our bodies REBEL and show us just how harmful the processed foods are when we eat them again!
Thanks for posting.
Facing, I would LOVE to have your homemade tomato soup receipe!
Had a packaged soup mix last nite. Calories were pretty good and no added sugar. But the sodium....WOW. Again, I knew it would be bad but geeze louise ;-(
Living Water, you're absolutely correct about being happy that it made me sick. As twisted as that sounds, it made me realize that my taste is getting back to where I want it to be. Added sugar and salt don't agree with me. That's a good thing IMO!

A thought...how about pureeing table food...you can process to a mushy texture...thinking steamed vegetables, fruit smoothies (frozen fruit - if your mouth isn't too sensitive - & yogurt), boiling chicken with some seasonings to get a flavorful stock and use your imagination from there...
Happy Healing!
