I'd say to keep the weight on, you need to have an idea of your maintenance kcals. The number of calories you requite everyday to maintain your weight. Based on your sex, lifestyle, activity level etc.
there are lots of calculators online, and that would give you a goodidea of how many to aim for each day..and you will stop losing weight.
Type in something like maintenance calorie calculator, it'l come up.

You have to believe reality. If the charts say that you are consuming enough calories but are still not gaining weight, please talk to your doctor. There may be something going on in your body where you burn calories faster than people typically do.
