I'm getting stronger! Yesterday was the first time I managed to do 4 sets of a really challenging upper body circuit. I am so excited and proud of myself. Tuesday I ran 2 miles in the heat, on a dirt road with huge hills! Monday was leg day and Wednesday just did some yoga and rest. Tomorrow the plan is to go hiking on some trails. My goal is to get stronger and healthier so I can do more activities this summer. My bf is finally getting used to me being more active and motivated. He is great about getting me up and doing small fun exercise, like volleyball and basketball together or a walk. I want to incorporate more stuff like that and have a more positive and active lifestyle. Slowly but surely. I know I can do this.
