I am encouraged by just how a small amount of weight loss make to the HbA1c and my normal readings I would add i do a lot of exercise swimming and treadmill running
also my diet is low carb
Best thing is loosing the gut and getting into jeans I have written off
Christmas is soon so will need to be vigilant

I have recently read an article that explains that the blood sugar is under control, but you must be careful because you are always diabetic. Just with blood sugar control.
Congrates on weight lose. Because of other health issues, I have trouble losing weight. But I am happy to hear what you have learned.
