I was also the same with not wanting to eat. It reduced my appetite A LOT.
The other side effects I had were nausea and some horrific headaches; however, as stated above these eased off after a few weeks.
The positive is that my sugar numbers fell to normal range within one week.
My other meds have had to be adjusted though as once I fell into normal range I started having a lot of incidents of hypoglycemia.
