Or you can just thank them for such misinformation. Or as I once told a fellow diabetic who was telling me what to do and not do...I asked him what was his morning fasting numbers, he said over 300, then I said when your numbers get as good as mine, then maybe you can tell me something lol.
Even my hubby in the begining got into the 'food police mode' as he was sitting there stuffing his face with food he had no business eating...I just looked at him lovingly, said when you change your eating habits, then you may tell me...also told him he didn't have a food police badge, but after 40 years you can get away with that lol.
