I just watch my numbers to see how they are behaving and if I eat again those ingredients, I will make sure my numbers don't go out of wack. Of course on the fried foods make sure you use olive oil something that is healthy and drain well..make sure not to greasy and don't make it a regular habit but once in a while won't hurt
You really do have additional challenges with the food allergies, but you've managed it so well despite that. WTG!
I did not have the urge for that same menu once I went shopping. The thought of frying and smelling fried stuff was not a pleasant one : ) so I ate boiled shrimp!
