you can try taking your reading before you go and after, but there can be no guarantee truthfully to say the walk did lower since your body can already have been coming down. but either way exercise does help the whole body so do keep doing it
i read about this article where 30 mins after meal if you take around 15 mins walk it helps a lot. specially after dinner...
