Diabetes Type 2 Support Group
Type 2 Diabetes is a condition in which the body either does not produce enough insulin or does not make efficient use of it. Insulin is a hormone needed to convert food into glucose, a sugar that the body uses for energy. Without enough insulin, glucose can accumulate in the blood, and can cause serious health problems such as heart disease and strokes and organ damage...
You need to eat every 3-4 hours (roughly) to keep your sugars even. That is why you are experiencing the dizziness.....it's your body's way of letting you know it NEEDS food!!!
Talk to your doctor to find out what your sugars need to be before and 2 hours after eating.....also you need a guide as to what your fasting (first morning testing before a meal) should be.
I will have to carry stuff on the golf course to help me out thanks again
